The system has now been developed to incorporate bright golds and platinums … which means our customers’ can target the lucrative bottle and drinking glass markets, a market that is increasingly demanding higher quality and better designs for their products in huge volumes.

An application machine has been developed by our technical team specifically for non–uniform glass bottles, so that - in one specific case - where the application time per decal was two and a half minutes, it is now less than 5 seconds. And, again the bottles are fired immediately after application. These are powerful arguments that convince many of our customers to work with us and use our system. 

Orders for application machines have been received from Japan, America, the UK, and one of the largest glass bottle manufacturers in Europe, broadening the range of machines in the market place. 

As it is becoming increasingly important for Distilleries, Wine Companies and Perfumeries to seek to differentiate their bottles, these Companies are working closely with us to find ways to exploit the decorative effects of decals in the most cost effective way. 

Current development projects include work on organics, coated bottles, and plastics. We’ll keep you informed of our progress.
